๐Ÿ”น A 35โ€“45 minute guided SOMA Breath meditation with specially designed music

These sessions offer a safe, nurturing environment where you can let go, reset, and simply be yourself.

What to Bring

Please bring a mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel comfortable.
Wear comfy clothing and avoid a large meal beforehand. I do have a few spare mats if you havenโ€™t got one.
