This 7-minute exercises involves a breath awareness meditation, augmented by Trypnaural Brainwave Meditation technology. This guided meditation is desinged to train you towards slower, subtle, more silent, smooth, rhythmic, and diaphragmatic breathing. It’s not only calming but can facilitate a deep and restful sleep. 2 rounds of 2:4 rhytmic breathing, taking you into a space of rest and digest, healing and creativity.
Contraindicators for the breath retentions:
Severe/critical diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe
Severe uncontrolled hypertension (usually after a heart attack)
Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
Pregnancy
If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or irregular heartbeat (Exception: your doctor gives you specific permission).
Tinnitus, hernias may be aggravated

A one hour awakening journing with AUM chanting and five rounds of rhythmic breathing: 4:4, 4:4, 4:4, 2:2, 2:2, Kevala. This breathwork journey has minimum guidance with regards to the breath holds times. Follow and listen to your body, awaken your body and mind.
