SOMA Breath Journey - Letting go of the Old
Step into a deeply transformative 45-minute SOMA Breath Journey designed to help you release old patterns, heavy emotions, and outdated versions of yourself. This experience gently guides you into a state where letting go feels natural, empowering, and safe — creating space for renewal, clarity, and inner freedom.
Across four rhythmic breathing rounds, you’ll be supported to peel back energetic layers and surrender what no longer serves you:
Round 1: 4:8 – Begin with soothing extended exhalations to down-regulate the nervous system, soften resistance, and loosen old emotional tension.
Round 2: 4:4 – Shift into balanced breathing to stabilise the body, settle the mind, and deepen presence.
Round 3: 4:4 – Drop deeper into harmony and rhythm as the breath opens pathways for emotional release and spaciousness.
Round 4: 4:4 into 2:2 – Move from balance to activation, using shorter, energising rhythms to clear the final remnants of the old and awaken a lighter, liberated version of yourself.
Contraindicators:
- Severe/critical diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe
- Severe uncontrolled hypertension (usually after a heart attack)
- Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
- Pregnancy
- If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or irregular heartbeat (Exception: your doctor gives you specific permission).
- Tinnitus, hernias may be aggravated
